I’m so excited and proud of you! Being strong and healthy creates the best possible environment for you to nurture your growing baby. I cannot stress this enough. YOU will feel better as a pregnant mommy if you are strong enough to exercise while you are gestating. If you are strong and fit before you get pregnant, you have the opportunity to increase your ability to exercise while you gestate. And exercising while pregnant will:

  • help ease or prevent your own aches, constipation, swelling, and bloating

  • help, or even prevent, gestational diabetes

  • help you sleep better

  • improve your posture

  • maintain weight gain

  • prepare you for giving birth (labor)

  • help you recover quicker from giving birth

For your baby, as you exercise, you have the opportunity to:

  • make your fetus’ heart rate more efficient (see: fit, healthy)

  • set your baby up for life

And lemme tell you, making yourself exercise while you're not even pregnant is hard enough! Now add on a pregnancy. If you did all you could to make yourself strong and healthy before you conceived, exercise is way easier. So let’s get you and your body ready for a pregnancy!!!

As your personal trainer and fitness coach, I will tell you everything I know as we work together as a team to achieve more than what you invested for. I will incorporate your fitness programs that are based on:

  1. Getting your body ready to conceive

  2. Becoming healthy & fit

  3. Any past or current injuries that you may have

  4. Your daily experience in your different roles as a human being

  5. The external environment that you work out in

  6. Any mental or time management road blocks we may face

  7. Other goals you may have

  8. Anything else you feel we need to discuss.

How can being overweight affect my pregnancy?

Excess weight during pregnancy is associated with several pregnancy and childbirth complications, including high blood pressure, preeclampsia, preterm birth, and gestational diabetes. Obesity during pregnancy also is associated with macrosomia, defined as a larger-than-normal baby, as well as an increased risk of birth injury and cesarean delivery. It also increases the risk of birth defects, especially neural tube defects. Having too much body fat may make it more difficult for your health care professional to monitor your fetus with ultrasound and to hear the fetus’s heartbeat.

How can being underweight affect my pregnancy?

Being underweight also poses risks during pregnancy. It increases the risk of having a low-birth-weight baby. These babies are at risk of problems during labor and may have health and behavioral problems that last into childhood and adulthood. Being underweight during pregnancy also increases the risk of preterm birth.

What I would need from you:

  • Be female, ages 21-35

  • Have the financial means to invest in coaching

  • Fill out applications & be able to pay for services online

  • Have a minimum of 30 min/day for exercise + a few hours a weekend for meal prep

  • Willingness and integrity to do the work outs

  • Being truthful about how our plan is, or is not, working

  • Possibly to make small additional purchases, such as small workout bands, water bottles, etc, although not through me.

  • The more you open up to me, the more I can help and provide a better service!


12 Weeks of Fitness Coaching & Personal Training Programs

Appropriate for those who fulfill the above requirements & have a solid & functioning food & nourishment system. Also appropriate for prenatal or postnatal clients. After the program is complete, we decide together if you’d like to continue on a month-to-month payment plan. Your program will include:

  • Connection Appointments: One Zoom call per week for 30 min

  • Personalized workout programs; every day you have something to do

  • Personalized self-massage program

  • Accountability with assessments

  • Weekly adjustments to program via check-ins

  • 2x/week check-in

=$200 - $280/ month

12 Weeks of Fitness Coaching & Personal Training Programs WITH Nutrition Coaching with all 3 Phases

It’s the best of both programs! This is the best option!

Appropriate for women who fulfill the above requirements. Also appropriate for prenatal or postnatal clients. After the program is complete, we decide together if you’d like to continue on a month-to-month payment plan. Your program will include:

  • Everything in the Fitness Coaching & Personal Training Programs option above

  • ***Video messaging, like Marco Polo, is used between client and trainer to critique form of exercises

  • ***Three personalized meal plan guidelines

  • ***2x/week check-in

  • ***Accountability through calorie-tracking, making any changes we deem necessary

  • ***Narrowing down all the too-much information to apply to only you

  • ***Lifestyle guidelines on interacting with food/ meals, kitchen tips, etc

  • ***Emails with personalized instructions, recipes, anything else we deem necessary
