I’m so excited and proud of you! Being strong and healthy creates the best possible environment for you to nurture your growing baby. I cannot stress this enough. YOU will feel better as a pregnant mommy if you are strong enough to exercise while you are gestating. If you are strong and fit before you get pregnant, you have the opportunity to increase your ability to exercise while you gestate. And exercising while pregnant will:
help ease or prevent your own aches, constipation, swelling, and bloating
help, or even prevent, gestational diabetes
help you sleep better
improve your posture
maintain weight gain
prepare you for giving birth (labor)
help you recover quicker from giving birth
For your baby, as you exercise, you have the opportunity to:
make your fetus’ heart rate more efficient (see: fit, healthy)
set your baby up for life
And lemme tell you, making yourself exercise while you're not even pregnant is hard enough! Now add on a pregnancy. If you did all you could to make yourself strong and healthy before you conceived, exercise is way easier. So let’s get you and your body ready for a pregnancy!!!

How can being overweight affect my pregnancy?
Excess weight during pregnancy is associated with several pregnancy and childbirth complications, including high blood pressure, preeclampsia, preterm birth, and gestational diabetes. Obesity during pregnancy also is associated with macrosomia, defined as a larger-than-normal baby, as well as an increased risk of birth injury and cesarean delivery. It also increases the risk of birth defects, especially neural tube defects. Having too much body fat may make it more difficult for your health care professional to monitor your fetus with ultrasound and to hear the fetus’s heartbeat.
How can being underweight affect my pregnancy?
Being underweight also poses risks during pregnancy. It increases the risk of having a low-birth-weight baby. These babies are at risk of problems during labor and may have health and behavioral problems that last into childhood and adulthood. Being underweight during pregnancy also increases the risk of preterm birth.
What I would need from you:
Be female, ages 21-35
Have the financial means to invest in coaching
Fill out applications & be able to pay for services online
Have a minimum of 30 min/day for exercise + a few hours a weekend for meal prep
Willingness and integrity to do the work outs
Being truthful about how our plan is, or is not, working
Possibly to make small additional purchases, such as small workout bands, water bottles, etc, although not through me.
